For your information, we would like to list some obligatory
requisites by the Regional Law of 23/03/07 in order to be classified
as a 4 star hotel.
It is obligatory to have a night porter at the Hotel reception - The
staff needs to speak at least 3 languages and must be in dressed in
uniform - Breakfast must be served in a designated dining room and room
service must also be guaranteed - Laundry service must be guaranteed
within 24 hours - Heating and air conditioning is required in the entire
hotel as well as an elevator for guest use, a TV in a common area and
telephones in each room - Bathrooms must include towels, hairdryer,
and complimentary toiletry products.
