A three hours introduction to the Italian wine panorama history
and related culture.
The course will be taught by the Chef Sommelier Napolitano, Head
Chef of the restaurant and General Manager of the Food & Beverage
of the Kraft Hotel and Maitre Jonahtan Ferace former wine wholesaler
owner of a wine shop in Florence and manager of the restaurant.
The class will be taught simple words and terms in order to allow
everyone to understand and widen the appreciation of wine knowledge.

The course proposes an introduction to the listed products with
tastings.
Discussion over the method of production and traditional influence
of these products in the Italian culture will be treated during
discussion allowing participants to enhance taste and basic knowledge
of the products and their orgalectic characteristics.
The lesson will be taught using simple words and will allow anybody
to participate.

The
course proposes an introduction to the combination of food and wine
through wine and food tasting that will allow participants to be
introduced to the techniques used by our staff to combine the products
of the Italian cuisine to international wines tastes.
Please don't expect to leave knowing all about the combination of
food and wine, we will give you a key that will allow you to begin
a process that requires to try over and over again the combinations
that abviously will be different according to every ones taste.
