Hotel Kraft rewards your stay!

The program has been called “Hotel Kraft rewards your stay” and it is valid up to 31/12/2015. This program has been applied to all individual clients who reserve directly on Kraft Hotel website . Each stay will grant you 1 bonus available at Kraft Hotel reception desk by stamping behind your fidelity card.

The fidelity card can be issued only at Kraft Hotel reception desk.

The collected card implies acceptance of all general conditions of the loyalty program that is always available at Kraft Hotel or on the official web site: www.krafthotel.it
Card is the bearer can then be transferred either to achieve points for the enjoyment of the prize.

Clients may request one of the following prizes to the achievement of these thresholds:

15 points

• A weekend at Kraft Hotel for two people sharing a double room with buffet breakfast (valid all year with the exception of Trade shows, Congress, public holidays).
• A weekend at the seaside at “Geovillage Principina” (Grosseto) for two people in apartment (from April to September) with breakfast buffet included.
• A weekend at countryside at “Relais il Pozzeto” (Anghiari, Arezzo) for two people in apartment with breakfast included.

30 points

• A week at Kraft Hotel in Florence for two people sharing a double room with buffet breakfast included( available only from November to March, with the exception of trade shows and congress periods)
• A week at the seaside at “Geovillage Principina” (Grosseto) for two people in apartment, from April to September, (with the exception of August) with buffet breakfast included.
• A week at the countryside “Relais Il Pozzeto” (Anghiari, Arezzo) for two people in apartment (with exception of August) with buffet breakfast included.

The request of the premium must be addressed always to Kraft Hotel and must be at least 2 months prior to arrival. Confirmation is subject to the availability of the structure that if it does not, however, propose alternative dates.
To qualify for the premium will be required clients’ original fidelity card upon check in. If it is not delivered, it will lead to the automatic exclusion to the loyalty program, and then to the right of the premium, without exception. kraft hotel reserves the right to update premiums in January of each year.
